Peanut butter cookies

125g/5oz     Butter or dairy free margaring
175g/7oz     Light Muscovado sugar
125g/5oz     Peanut butter (use a variety that is free from any foods you can not eat)

1tsp               Baking powder

Preheat oven to 180D/Fan 160C/350F/Gas 4

Ingredients:
50g/20oz   Butter
150g/6oz    Rice Flour
100g/40oz Grated Parmesan
1                   Egg Yolk
2 tsp            Paprika
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180C/Fan 160C/350F/Gas 4
