Chocolate Blancmange

Ingredients:
50g/2oz Butter or dairy free margaring
50g/2oz Rice Flour
425ml/15floz Milk/Rice milk/Soya Milk or whatever you can use
75g/3oz Plain chocolate (ensure that does not contain any problem ingredients)
50g/2oz Unrefined raw cane sugar

Ingredients: 
4                       Egg whites
100g/4oz         Dessicated coconut
100g/4oz         Unrefined raw cane sugar
100g/4oz         Rice Flour
5                        Glace cherries
Directions:
 Pre-heat oven to 170C/Fan 150C/325F/Gas 3
Mix together the coconut, sugar and rice flour. In a large bowl beat the egg whites until stiff. Using a metal spoon fold the coconut mixture into the egg whites.
