Ingredients:
2 cups Gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp xantham gum
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl
Beat together the sour milk, vegetable oil and egg
Add  to dry ingredients

Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:
1 egg
3 cups gluten-free flour
5 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
2 cup grated scheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
pinch cayenne
ADD:
Chopped bacon, corn, extra egg and extra milk (half to three-quarters of a cup).
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they are just combined.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoon dry yeast
In a small bowl mix the water and sugar, add the yeast then let it stand while you make up the rest.
