Chocolate Blancmange
Ingredients:
50g/2oz Butter or dairy free margaring
50g/2oz Rice Flour
425ml/15floz Milk/Rice milk/Soya Milk or whatever you can use
75g/3oz Plain chocolate (ensure that does not contain any problem ingredients)
50g/2oz Unrefined raw cane sugar
Directions:
Heat butter or dairy free margarine, flour and milk in a saucepan, stirring until smooth and thick. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar. Grate the chocolate and stir this in before serving.
Great served hot or cold.
