Peanut butter cookies

125g/5oz     Butter or dairy free margaring

175g/7oz     Light Muscovado sugar

125g/5oz     Peanut butter (use a variety that is free from any foods you can not eat)

1                    Egg

1tsp               Baking powder

175g/7oz       Rice Flour

Preheat oven to 180D/Fan 160C/350F/Gas 4

Cream together butter and sugar, then beat in egg  and peanut butter. Then sift and fold in the flour and baking powder.

Place teaspoonfuls of the mix, with space to expand, on an oiled baking trays. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 mins.

The kids will love helping to make these.
